Wednesday, November 22, 2023 - Dalie Ripley-Lesniak, a 2016 and 2018 Madonna University graduate, credits her success to the supportive community at Madonna. She began her career at the university as a coordinator for the political science and psychology programs and eventually became the director of the TRIO Student Support Services grant. She is now a personnel analyst for the City of Livonia.

Thursday, November 16, 2023 - Jesse Cox, Madonna's chief diversity officer, was featured in Crain's Detroit Business Notable Leaders in DEI list for his work in enhancing DEIB campus-wide. Cox has worked to provide students with Martin Luther King Jr. Day off, create an accessibility map for differently-abled students, and advocate for a DEIB minor degree program.
