To participate in our housing selection process, you must have first submitted a Residence Hall contract and deposit. You can complete these steps under the Housing Sign-up page.
Once your contract and deposit is received you will be sent a password via your Madonna email in order to complete the community selection form at the link below.
Student who currently lives on campus.
Any student who does not currently reside on campus (i.e. first year, transfer, upper-class Madonna student not currently living on campus).
Returning Students will go through an in-person selection process. Selection/preference order will be determined based on earned credit hours. You should attend selection with all of those you wish to live with, and may select your room in the slot of the person in your room with the most credits. Your selection date and time will be communicated via your Madonna email once a housing contract and deposit is received.
New Residential Students will receive an email containing a Housing Selection link and will be able rank community and room type selections in which the Office of Residence Life will use in order to determine placement. All students must have the name of any preferred roommates at the time of selection. Any students who do not have a roommate preference will be asked to fill out our roommate survey. The answers to these questions will help us match students based on their compatibility. Preference is given in order of completed contracts and deposits.
