To participate in our housing selection process, you must have first submitted a residence hall student enrollment deposit and housing application. You can complete these steps under the Housing Sign-up page.
Any student who currently resides on campus.
Any student who does not currently reside on campus (i.e. traditional first-year, transfer, Madonna student not currently living on campus).
Returning Students will go through an online roommate matching/selection and subsequent online room selection process. Room selection order will be determined based on earned credit hours. It is very important to first complete the roommate matching/selection process before the room selection process begins. Your room selection date and time will be communicated via your Madonna email (you must first have submitted your housing application to be eligible to participate in the roommate matching/selection and room selection processes).
New Residential Students will be asked their preferred room types when completing their online housing application, and these preferences will be used by Residence Life during the room assignment process (there is no guarantee that a student will be assigned to one of their preferred room types). All students should email Residence Life with the name(s) of any preferred roommate(s) prior to room assignments taking place. For those students who do not have a preferred roommate, the answers to the questions completed within the housing application will help us match students based upon their compatibility. Room assignment order will be determined based on housing application completion date.
