High School Student-Athlete Career Expo

Athlete Transition Services Corp., in partnership with Madonna University Sport Management, will host the first Metro Detroit High School Student-Athlete Career Expo. This will be a one-day event for high school student-athletes across the metro Detroit area. The purpose of this summit is to inspire student-athletes to set professional goals beyond sports and to provide them with an opportunity to explore viable career options.

Thursday, Sept. 26, 2019
Madonna University
8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

As part of ATS' Next Season program, this expo is designed to equip young athletes with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to successfully prepare for and manage their transition into life after the game.

High school athletes will be introduced to a variety of careers from professionals, current students, alumni, and faculty through keynote and breakout sessions on the campus of Madonna University.

The day will also feature a special panel of sports industry professionals to inform students of careers off the playing field and opportunities for participants to meet Madonna U admissions, financial aid, and coaching staff to help them prepare for college access. 

Lunch is included.
