Madonna University Live-On Requirement
All first-year students who are U.S. Citizens, Permanent Residents and those International students who have an approved immigrant or non-immigrant visa not specifically issued for education purposes, whose primary U.S. residence is outside the geographical boundaries located on the Madonna University Live-On Requirement Map, must reside on campus and purchase a meal plan for their first full academic year (fall and winter semesters) at Madonna.
All new International (F-1 visa) and English Language program students must reside on campus and purchase a meal plan for their first and second full academic years (fall and winter semesters) at Madonna.

Online Contracts and Deposits
If you plan to live on campus, we encourage you to submit a completed Residence Hall contract and deposit online, as early as possible, in order to assure your room reservation for the desired semester(s). A $175 deposit is due when submitting your completed contract for both Fall and Winter Semester. Once you move into the Residence Hall, $100 will be applied to room and board charges for Fall, and $75 will be applied for Winter.
A $100 deposit is due when submitting your contract for only one semester, and it will be applied to the room and board charges for that semester, once you move in.
You will forfeit your deposit if you do not move into the Residence Hall, per your contract. A residential student is defined as a student who resides in on-campus housing under a housing contract, and is currently enrolled at the University.
Current residential students who fill out their Housing Application for Summer 2017/2018 or Fall 2018/2019 BEFORE March 31st will have their current housing deposit rolled over and will not have to complete another deposit.
Current residential students who fill out their Housing Application for Summer 2017/2018 or Fall 2018/2019 AFTER March 31st will have their current housing deposit refunded after the Winter semester and MUST remit another housing deposit of $175 before going through Housing Selection.
