Can I have my class videotaped?
Videotaping services require at least three weeks’ notice. At the request of faculty, camcorders are available to record student projects or presentations. There is no charge for this service. Videotapes are erased at the end of the term. Videotaped lectures require a requisition signed by the department chair. All persons videotaped must sign a release prior to the recording. Lectures are limited to one videotape.
Can I have my DVD or VHS duplicated?
Duplication services for audio cassettes, videocassettes, CDs or DVDs may be requisitioned. Copies are made within the guidelines of the Madonna University Copyright Manual. If you need to use a videotape in a foreign country with a standard other than the NTSC standard used in the United States, videotapes can also be converted to or from a PAL or SECAM standard within copyright guidelines.

Slides, black-and-white photography, and digital stills services may be requisitioned by your department. Consultation on other visual aids or larger projects is available upon request. Three weeks’ notice is recommended. Call Kathleen Thompson at 734-432-5573.
