Students are encouraged to find ways to serve the community in which they live, work and study. Our office can assist in connecting you with projects that match your talents and interests.
Need to find a Community Service project that fits you?
Tell us about yourself and we’ll connect you!
Send an email to email@example.com and include:
- Length of commitment you’re willing to make (ex: one-time, one month, one year, forever…)
- Location where you’d like to volunteer (give your zip code and the number of miles you’d be willing to drive to get to the site or the name of a specific city or site...)
- Your talents and interests (Are you creative? Do you like helping kids? Do you like spending time with the elderly? Are you willing to tutor in a specific subject? Go on…)
Tell us your story!
We want to hear about the service you’re doing in our community! Send us a brief description of the service you provided, who you worked with, and why you chose to serve. We will feature student testimonies on our Blackboard site, in our Newsletter and in other materials. Email your story to firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you for serving!
