Madonna University offers two payment options: E-Check and CASHNet® SmartPay. CASHNet® services colleges and universities across the country. It offers online help, email assistance, electronic receipts and many other features and services that make the process of electronic payments easy and convenient.
1. Login to MY Portal. 
2. Click the Students tab; click Student Accounts in the left panel; click My Finances; click the Accounts Receivable link on the right. 
3. Click Online Payment to complete your payment via CASHNet®. 
4. Scroll down the page until you see the My Account Balance section.

5. Choose either the credit card (service fee applies) or the E-Check payment option (no service fee).
Credit card payments: The Student Accounts office does not process credit payments at the service window or over the phone. Payments must be made online. Madonna University accepts MasterCard, American Express and Discover. The university does not accept VISA Cards.
E-Check payments: These payments are not a guarantee of payment to the University until funds are withdrawn from your bank.
Credit Card service fee rates Credit Card Payments will be charged a 2.9% service fee for all payments
Students may create a parent/friend PIN using CASHNet® SmartPay. When using the parent/friend PIN and the student’s ID, the payment (either E-Check or credit card) will be applied when the authorization process is completed. Once applied, funds cannot be refunded without first applying to the University Cashiers Office. The user will be warned if the payment is in the same amount as a previous payment and will be given the option of canceling to avoid making a duplicate payment.
