Residence Hall Dear Madonna University Residence Hall Students,
It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to a new academic year at Madonna University. I trust you are as excited about the new school year as I am, and I pray this year will be one of great academic success for each of you. It is my hope that your academic experiences combined with genuine concern and respect for others will help you to meet this year's challenges.
Our Residence Hall is newly renovated with a sink in every room. Each floor has a kitchenette with a stove and refrigerator. Affordable laundry facilities are also available.
The campus is clean and safe with an environment students find enjoyable and culturally diverse. The Residence Hall is conveniently located a short walk from the classrooms.
I trust you will make it your responsibility to adhere to all hall and university regulations so this can indeed be a successful and productive academic year for all residents.

All Residence Hall Students: Residence Hall deposits are to be remitted as quickly as possible in order to assure a room reservation for the requested term.
Fall and Winter Room Reservations:
- January to March 19, returning
students: a $175 payment is required with a
completed contract.
- March 20 to June 4, returning
students: a $200 payment is required with a
completed contract, which includes a $25 late fee which is non-refundable.
- Prior to June 4, new
students: a $175 payment is required with a completed
contract.
- June 5 to July, new and
any returning residence hall students:
a $200 payment is required with a completed contract, which includes a $25 late
fee which is non-refundable.
- August, new and
any returning residence hall students:
a $225 payment is required with a completed contract, which includes a $50 late
fee which is non-refundable.
- September 1 and thereafter, all
students: a $250 payment is required with a
completed contract, which includes a $75 late fee which is non-refundable.
