Order a transcript or replacement diploma or certificate
1. Complete Transcript/Replacement Diploma or Certificate Request Form 
2. Mail or Fax completed form with payment to:

3. Submit payment via check, E-check, or credit card
Check: When mailing payment with your request, please include the applicable fees via check or money order.
E-Check: If you do not know your PIN for E-check, you may enter your student ID number and last name to remit payment. Order your transcript via E-check. Select: Enter the amount under Payments: Tuition, Other Fees.
Credit Card: If you have a student ID number and password, order your transcript using a credit card other than Visa (Visa is not accepted) through CASHNet. Scroll down and click "Transcript Fee." If you do not have a password, you may use your student ID number and create a password to remit payment via credit card. All credit card payments will be charged a service fee of 2.90 percent.

Note:
• We include a graduation copy of your transcript at no charge with original diplomas for students to review.
• Picture ID is required for all pick up requests.
• Requests for third parties to pick up transcripts must have written permission from the student on the request form.
• Students may view and print their Unofficial Transcript on MY Portal.
Transcripts are normally processed within 48 hours. Copies sent directly to students are stamped "Student Copy" and are considered "Unofficial."
