The information below pertains to the 2012 Graduation Activities.
Note: The Office of Student Life has moved. They are now located in Room 1411. Steps for Graduates leading to participation at Graduation Mass/Commencement
- Undergraduate students are required to:
1. Pick up an Application for Graduation at the Registrar’s Office, Room 2003. 2. Pay the $75 fee ($85 if late) at the Student Accounts Office, Room 2005. Application for Graduation and payment are also available online. 3. Review the Application for Graduation with your advisor and discuss any issues of concern. 4. Have your advisor sign the Application and attach a plan of study. 5. Submit the Application to the Registrar’s Office by the deadline for expected graduation (December, May or July).
- Graduate students are required to:
1. Pick up an Application for Degree at the Graduate School Office, Room 2414 or online. 2. Pay the $75 fee ($85 if late) for master's degrees and $100 ($110 if late) for doctorate degrees at the Student Accounts Office, Room 2005 or online using your ID and PIN via MY Portal. 3. Review the Application for Degree with your advisor and discuss any issues of concern. 4. Have your advisor sign the Application. 5. Submit the Application to the Graduate School by the deadline for expected graduation.

- Attend the Graduation Fair, Monday, February 27 and Tuesday, February 28, sponsored by the Madonna University Bookstore, to place orders for personalized announcements and purchase caps and gowns.

- Graduates/intents are required to complete the online Graduate Survey.

- Eligible graduates are invited to accept a nomination to Kappa Gamma Pi National Catholic Honor Society by submitting a resume form and registration fee following deadline dates. An informational meeting is announced.
- Beginning April 2, 2012 and continuing through the month, graduates/intents are required to visit the Student Life Office, Room 1411, to pick up:
– Four free tickets to Commencement – Photo Information Card to take to Commencement.
Graduates/intents may then visit Student Accounts to purchase extra tickets for Commencement (subject to availability), submit DVD order form with payment and purchase Kappa Gamma Pi cords (if resume and registration fee were submitted for membership). Please note, if a graduate is sending a friend or family member to pick up or purchase their tickets, the graduate must send a written note with the person picking up the tickets for them.
- Beginning April 2 and continuing through the month, graduates/intents may purchase caps, gowns, hoods and honor cords at the Bookstore.
- Required Items for Graduation Mass: wear cap and gown (no hood).
- Required Items for Commencement: wear cap, gown, hood and honor cords (if applicable), and bring completed Photo Information Card.
