For more than 35 years, the Center for Personalized Instruction has been home to the Student Support Services TRIO program, a federal grant-funded program designed to increase the college retention and graduation rates of its participants.  Eligible participants must be enrolled at Madonna University and be either low-income individuals, first-generation college students, or individuals with disabilities.  TRIO services offered are free to program participants and include: tutoring, peer mentoring, academic guidance, laptop loans, graphing calculator loans, cultural events, leadership activities and potential financial support via grant aid.
