This one-day training session teaches the basics of Spanish, focusing on law enforcement terminology so officers can effectively communicate when conducting a routine traffic stop, responding to an emergency situation or following arrest procedures. By the end of the class, students will have a general overview of beginning Spanish nouns, verbs and sentence structure, and be encouraged to expand their vocabulary and commonly used expressions as well as helping them develop their listening skills in Spanish.
