If you are a Madonna University student and feel that you might be eligible to receive services, here is what you need to do. First, from a professional, obtain a copy of your medical documentation that describes your particular disability.  It might be helpful for you to take a look at the ODR we page labeled, "Eligibility/Documentation".  This page will explain the type of documentation that is necessary.  Once you have the documentation, make an appointment to meet with an ODR staff person and bring the documentation.  At that meeting with the ODR staff person, the type of services that would be available to you can be discussed.  If at anytime you have a question, please contact us.  See our Staff page for contact information.
