Nadia Boulanger, one of the most influential teachers of the Twentieth Century, made this observation about music, and it could well be the motto of Madonna University’s Music Department. You will find our programs tailored to those who are fascinated by the study of music.
If you desire a personal approach to your musical growth and educational development, then I encourage you to look closely at our degrees. Our faculty, talented performers and gifted teachers, are committed to assisting you in the development of your skills through stimulating classroom and performing experiences. They love to create and perform inspiring and provocative music, and know how to elicit the same from their students.

We are at an exciting time in our history as a growing department with varied opportunities. We now offer a Bachelor of Music degree, with concentrations in Music Education, Performance, and Church Music. Our Bachelor of Arts degree has concentrations in Music Management and General Music.
