| Madonna University's graduate online application process is convenient and fast. When you are ready to begin the application process, please review the instructions below, then click on the flashing link at the bottom of this page. Note to new users:
If you are a new user, you must create an account before beginning the online application process. In order to create an account, you must provide your first and last name and a valid e-mail address. You must also create your own personal password to access your online application.
| Instructions for applying online after creating an account:

| 1.) | Login to your Madonna University online application account by entering the e-mail address and password that you entered when you created.
| | 2.) | After login, you may begin filling out the application, making sure that all fields marked with a red asterisk* are completed.
| | 3.) | Once you finish the application, submit payment of your application fee online using an e-check or credit card.
Application Fee:
Domestic applicant: $25.00
International applicant: $50.00
| | 4.) | Upon completion of your online application, a confirmation e-mail, indicating that we have received your application, will be sent to the address that you provided.
| | 5.) | Please be sure to have all supporting materials, such as official transcripts from ALL schools attended and professional references mailed to: Madonna University
