The Case Management Certificate program includes the incorporation of academic courses in aging with a period of intensive practical application during the field placement in a gerontological environment that emphasizes case management for people in their later years.

    
Participants will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement in CASE MANAGEMENT IN GERONTOLOGY upon successful completion of this 35 s.h. program of study. All Gerontology courses are applicable to the Associate and Bachelor's degrees in Gerontology.
