The Activity Therapy in Gerontology Certificate program includes the incorporation of academic courses in aging with a period of intensive practical application during the field placement in a gerontological environment that emphasizes activities for people in their later years. |
Participants will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement in ACTIVITY & PROGRAM PLANNING IN GERONTOLOGY upon successful completion of this 35 s.h. program of study. All Gerontology courses are applicable to the Associate and Bachelor's degrees in Gerontology. |
