| This certificate is recommended for students who wish to supplement an existing counseling, psychology or social work (or related) degree with clinical knowledge and expertise in their work with grieving persons and families. It is also available as a cognate for student pursuing the Master's Degree in Hospice and Palliative Studies. Some Bachelor's level students may take the three courses for content only, but it will not be listed as a Post-Master's Certificate on one's transcript.
