Welcome to the Madonna University Undergraduate Online Application Instruction Page!

Madonna University's undergraduate online application process is convenient, fast and secure. If you wish to submit an application online, please follow the instructions below, then click on the flashing link at the bottom of this page when you are ready to begin the application process. Note to new users:      If you are a new user, you must create an account before beginning the online application process. In order to create an account, you must provide your first and last name and a valid e-mail address. You must also create your own personal password to access your online application.

Instructions for applying online after creating an account:

1.)	You must login to your Madonna University online application account by entering the e-mail address and password that you provided when you created the account.
2.)	After login, you may begin filling out the application, please make sure that all fields mark with an asterisk* are completed. Once the first page is complete, you must click on the "Next Page" button to continue.
3.)	Once you reach the final page of the application, you proceed to the payment options for the application fee ($25 for domestic students and $50 for international students) by clicking the "Next" button. *Upon completion of your online application, a confirmation e-mail, indicating that we have received your application, will be sent to the address that you provided.
