| Each TeacherLine course is approved by the Michigan State Board of Education for SB-CEUs (a 15 hour course is 1.5 SB-CEUs, a 30 hour course is 3.0 SB-CEUs, and a 45 hour course is 4.5 SB-CEUs). TO RECEIVE YOUR SB-CEUs, ALL FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE CLASS END DATE. 5 EASY STEPS TO EARN YOUR SB-CEUs: Step One
* Enroll in a PBS TeacherLine course.
Step Two
* Maintain a log of course hours. Your verification log is available by clicking here. 
Step Three
* Complete the online class with a score of 80% or higher.
Step Four
* Complete the online post course survey through PBS TeacherLine. Step Five
* Download the SB-CEU application form by clicking here.
Submit your completed log of course hours, your SB-CEU application form, and a check or
money order (made payable to “Madonna University”) in the amount of $20.00 to:

The SB-CEU application form, payment, and completed log of course hours must be received within 30 days of the class end date in order to receive your SB-CEUs. Upon successful completion of all steps, you will be mailed your certificate of completion. Failure to complete any of these requirements may delay or rescind your SB-CEUs.
