About the Program The Pastoral Ministry Program is designed to prepare new and seasoned individuals for service in various fields of ministry. The Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry is designed to deepen the student's skills and awareness of the obligations of ministry through study and cooperation and communication with established agencies and individuals already in place. The program applies principles of Christian humanism to the spiritual ,social, and service needs of those served and the spirit of the Franciscan philosophy which informs the foundational values for Madonna University.
