Off-Campus Education Master's The Off-Campus Education Master’s (OEM) program offers planned graduate sequences in education to cohorts of teachers in selected areas throughout the state of Michigan. These cohorts take their graduate courses at a time and location convenient for them, such as a local high school or district services building, according to a preset schedule. By offering the graduate programs at off-campus sites, Madonna University is able to extend the availability of our exceptional master’s degree programs to students who would otherwise not be able to attend the on-campus offerings.
