Madonna University graduates are serving the community by working for senior housing, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, senior centers, community aging departments, adult day care centers, educational institutions, health care organizations. Graduates may also run their own businesses by providing services as housing managers, activity directors, facility administrators, community liaisons, marketers, care managers, service coordinators, social service workers, parish service workers, intake coordinators, and other related roles.

NCCAP | National Certification Council for Activity Professionals is the credentialing body for activity professionals.

NAPGCM | National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers is a team of professionals who coordinate the care of elders.

NAHMA | National Affordable Housing Management Association provides support and credentials to those who administer affordable housing, including senior housing.
