The Speech Communication minor enhances students’ interpersonal and public speaking skills. The minor offers students experience in oral communication in interpersonal, professional and artistic performance settings. Working in conjunction with the College of Education, students may pursue the Speech Communication minor in preparation for certification to teach speech in grades 6 through 12.
