The Master of Science with a focus on Catholic School Leadership program recognizes the need for Catholic School administrators to be prepared for the distinctive role of leadership in Catholic schools including the particular financial, legal, pastoral, and spiritual issues faced by administrators in these schools. Madonna University has joined with the office of the Archdiocese of Detroit for Catholic Schools and Sacred Heart Major Seminary to offer a 34-semester-hour graduate program in Catholic School Leadership.

The Catholic School Leadership program focuses on areas of school effectiveness as well as spiritual health and values of the community. This interdisciplinary program is designed for part-time students with a full-time work commitment.
