The Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program prepares the nurse practitioner to function at an advanced practice level within acute and critical care environments, while building on the core competencies of nurse practitioner practice.

The curriculum addresses advanced practice nursing care across the continuum of healthcare services to meet the specialized physiological and psychological needs of patients with complex acute, critical, and chronic health conditions.
