The Addiction Studies (AS) program provides students with effective methods, tools and resources to promote healthy living. The program educates students on prevention, intervention, addiction recovery, and other related issues.

Addiction Studies courses are offered on the weekend as well as online. An AS Certificate is earned with only 12 credits, allowing most students to obtain the certificate in one year. The program helps meet the educational requirements for state certification, and may aid in career advancement within human services fields.
