The Information Technology Management Certificate program provides several skills needed by information technology professionals in today’s highly competitive workplace. The typical candidate for this certificate is already skilled in general information technology techniques, has a bachelor’s degree or certification in the field, and has several years of IT work experience. Courses include an overview of project management practices, database communications and concepts, e-Business, and managing information systems in e-Commerce and traditional organizations.
